To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account with PayAzzure. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree not to share your account with unauthorized users. You must immediately notify PayAzzure of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
You agree to use the Platform and Services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You will not:
PayAzzure reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we suspect any misuse or breach of these Terms.
The Services may be provided on a subscription basis, with pricing determined based on the specific plan or features selected. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the terms outlined in the subscription agreement. Payment terms, billing cycles, and invoicing will be specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are non-refundable. If you fail to make timely payments, PayAzzure may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

All content, software, design, text, and other materials available through the Platform are the property of PayAzzure or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content, unless expressly authorized by PAYAZZURE.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations. These third-party services are not controlled by PAYAZZURE, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. If you choose to use third-party services, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayAzzure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, even if PayAzzure has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall PayAzzure’s total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to PayAzzure for the Services in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayAzzure, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including any violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties.
PayAzzure may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by contacting PayAzzure customer support or by discontinuing your use of the Platform. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any copies of the content or materials provided.
PayAzzure reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
